These little froyo tartlets are tremendous straightforward to make and have the candy taste of ripe raspberries and a touch of honey, plus the protein from Greek yogurt. The underside “crust” is constituted of a mix of granola and coconut oil, so it will not crumble when you eat it.

1 cup (110g) granola
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Mix yogurt, 1 cup raspberries, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender till easy. Pour combination into muffin wells above granola. High with the remaining raspberries and press down barely so they’re partially submerged.
