Air Fryer Salmon With Arugula-Berry Salad

The air fryer cooks the salmon completely, giving it a slight crust on the surface whereas protecting the within moist. If you do not have an air fryer, bake the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, or till the salmon reaches an inside temperature of 145°F.

Between the antioxidants within the berries and the omega-3s within the salmon, this meal is filled with anti-inflammatory powerhouses that profit your coronary heart (1, 2).

Air fryer salmon and arugula berry salad

materials

1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (divided)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (divided)
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
Garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon
2 4 oz skinless salmon fillets
cooking spray
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 cups child arugula
1 cup contemporary raspberries
1 cup contemporary strawberries, sliced

In a small bowl, mix chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Sprinkle the combination evenly over the salmon fillets.

If desired, preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add salmon and prepare dinner for 7 to eight minutes or till inside temperature reaches 145°F.

In the meantime, in a medium bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Add the arugula, raspberries, and strawberries and toss gently to coat.

Serve salmon with salad.
